Shipping

 

We ship worldwide from Maryland, USA daily, except Sundays and public holidays.

Your order(s) will be dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received / cleared.

For most of the countries like Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Western and Northern Europe, Germany, Italy, Spain, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, etc, your parcel normally takes 15-20 working days to arrive. However, due to customs inspection, weather & traffic conditions, festive season, etc, there is a chance that your parcel may arrive in 30 working days.

Please note that if you need your items urgently, you can send us a message and we'll do our best to ship your item(s) immediately.

 

Shipping price is calculated at the time of check out depending on your destination.

We use USPS as our courier. For domestic orders you'll get a tracking number. for international orders you can get tracking number only with Priority Mail International.

FREE SHIPPING

For orders of $35 or more you'll get FREE domestic shipping! Enter the coupon code FREESHIPSCC at the time of check out. This option will be available once your order is over $35 or more. USA only.

SHIPPING POLICIES

1. Shipping includes postage, handling & packaging fee.

2. Buyers are responsible for the customs duties in their countries.

3. Please double check the shipping address during the checkout process, buyers need to bear the cost of lost parcels or extra shipping fee in the case that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

4. If your package returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, we will contact you to arrange the reship. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred in this case.

5. We are responsible for any damaged item(s) during shipment. Please contact us with your order number and picture(s) of the damaged item(s) within 1 week of receipt and we will send you replacement(s) or issue refund.

 

 

Payment

For your protection, all online payments are processed via PayPal and Square. All transactions are secure and encrypted. When you pay with PayPal or other type of credit card, your financial information is never shared with the seller, therefore, we do not see or store your credit card numbers or other financial information.

Orders

1. Can I make changes to my order?

Orders are processed quickly. We will make every effort to assist, however, if your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to stop it.

If your order is not yet shipped, please have your order number ready and email us your request.

 

2. I provided a wrong / incomplete address during checkout, what should I do now?

Please contact us ASAP! If the parcel is not yet shipped, we can manually change the shipping label on your package.

 

3. How to cancel my order?

We do not accept any cancellation request.

Note that PayPal charges a handling fee on every transaction and it's not refundable.

4. Can I return my custom order?

We do not accept any returns on custom orders.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Ship item(s) back to us within: 3 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in the value.
